When will my order ship?

Items are processed and shipped 2-3 days after your order is placed. All orders are shipped through USPS Priority. Express shipping is an option if you’d prefer that. When your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order number and details. When your order is shipped (2-3 days), you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Accepted forms of payment?

We accept payments through all major credit card providers ( i.e Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.) and PayPal.

How much is shipping?

USPS Standard shipping: $6.99 (3-7 Business Days)

USPS Express: $26.50 (2-3 Business Days)

Items not received?

We are not responsible for any items after it is shipped via USPS. If your order status says pending or delivered and you haven’t received your item(s), we recommend reaching out to your local postal service.

Returns + Exchanges

Returns and exchanges ARE accepted. Please reach out to us via email (ajeselex@gmail.com) to start your return/exchange process. You will have 7 days after the delivery date to return and 14 days for an exchange. Please note that you will have to pay for return shipping costs ($6.99).

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it.

Sales are FINAL. You can only return/exchange regular priced items.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently NOT shipping worldwide, but we will soon! Please stay tuned.

Please keep in mind that these items are second-hand and may come with minor wear, but we are sure to provide the best! Be sure to wash items before use.
